moving multiple vertices

Is is possible in the Modeller to move multiple vertices (either polyline, bezier and/or NURBS CVs, or knots) around at the same time, like in Illustrator or Freehand? I keep wanting to drag a marquee around a bunch at a time, but no go... =( Is there some other way? And would would it make a difference if working with polylines/beziers/NURBS?

Hi Kie,

For nurbs curves, select Nurbs Curve Edit and drag a marquee around any portion of the curve you want. Drag your curser around in the open portion of the window and the seleted CVs and knots will move with it.

Same thing goes for nurb surfaces.

Thanks a lot for the tip! It's been awhile since I played with the tutorials, if that was covered in them, I obviously forgot.

I wouldn't have thought about dragging around outside in open space. I kept clicking back on one of the CVs or even on a single segment of the nurbs cage, which caused all the rest of the CVs or cage to deselect. It was driving me batty!

Thanks again...there wouldn't be a similar trick for beziers or polylines would there? ;)
