Conduit Live - HD-SDI output card working?

Hi,
Does anyone have any idea which HD-SDI output card / driver /model may work with Conduit Live as an output?

I've set it up inputting into a AJA Kona 3 and the HD input works beautifully, live realtime rendering with keying and two layers of compositing... but unfortunately have no way to output the result...

Any suggestions? If not a video cards, has anyone used some sort of DVI-to HD-SDI convter?
