Codec trouble

Hello there I just got the Multipass render lab and I can't view any of the videos what Codec are the videos encoded with and can I install that Codec on OSX Leopard 10.5.8

Your Key codec for the new codec should be in the packing information that is with the replacement. There will be a piece of paper with the codec on it also it should be on the shipping invoice.

6000MXP codec is being returned to Tandberg for repair. Replacement unit has been delivered. What do I need to do to save the codec settings so I can load them into the replacement unit?

Also, Im having trouble seeing how to dismantle the codec from the sliding shelf on the back of the unit. Any help there would be appreciated.

What brand of CODEC do you operate? Tandberg, Polycom, VTel, Rembrandt CLI, other?
